Welcome! My name is Nicole Bailey and I am the founder of Elevee Events. I bring my design aesthetic, extreme attention to detail, and love of everything ‘weddings’ to work with me every day. I am a hopeless romantic and I am blessed to do what I love. It is a privilege to get to share in your special day with you and spend time with you and your family and friends.
I love where I live and when not working weddings, I am assisting non-profits and working on fundraisers for amazing causes that are special to me and our local community. I believe that giving back is one of the most important things we can do.
I travel to industry conferences throughout the year and keep up on design and style trends that I can translate into my client’s events. Some work facts:
- I have been doing this since I was 16 years old
- I have worked on over 600 weddings and even more corporate, social, and non-profit events
- I have been on 3 national wedding shows, been published in magazines and blogs, and been fortunate to win awards along the way.
When not in the office, you can find me running the beautiful trails between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes or spending time with my paddleboard in the Rehoboth Bay. I spend as much time as I possibly can either next to or in the water. I’ve recently started training for triathlons and hope to add more races to my calendar.
I love food and am just as happy going out for the night or hosting my friends – and there is always time for champagne!
During the 2018 wedding season I am thrilled to share that I am marrying the love of my life in June of 2018 and I will be taking off time from planning other couples’ weddings to focus on myself and my wedding. I am booked for all of the weddings that I can take on and all of our new clients will be lucky to be working with my partner Nikki Chambers.

Hello! My name is Nikki Chambers and I am the newest addition to the Elevee Events team. I join Nicole after being under her lead for numerous weddings and having been acquainted together for nearly twenty years – it is my pleasure to join and serve her each time – as she has always held the highest of expectations.
I attended the University of Delaware, have a background in Food and Beverage management, and while I was not feeling fulfilled – I went on to receive my Wedding Planning Certification from the Wedding Planning Institute in the Spring of ’09. Since then, I have lead over 100 weddings, received awards, and have been published numerous times. I was happy to share my passion for organization and design by joining the Wedding Planning Institute – teaching from 2010 through 2014. Since this time, I have started my own family with my husband raising two young boys under three – I am beyond grateful for them each and every day!
Once we finally have the chance to meet, you will see that I have a strong enthusiasm when it comes to all things weddings and events – uniting my need to organize, passion for florals, love of fashion, desire in design, and palate for food and beverage trends – my favorite dessert being a lemon curd tart with basil ice cream!
I am truly excited to join Nicole so that we can continue to offer beautifully, tailored events and weddings alongside the planning and organization that you have come to expect!
